A GIRL IS A GUN
: BE A GUN
What image comes to mind when you think of a girl? Forget the classic stereotypes. Why are girls always the victims? We should be outraged by this. Why does no one ever imagine a girl holding a gun? Girls are gaslit into believing that STEM fields are for smart boys. Wives are told to treat their husbands like helpless boys who need constant care. It's the same story about men—who do I trust?

Misogyny is rife. Everyone casually throws around the word ‘bi*ch,’ but no one dares to say ‘ni*ga.’ Why? Because women are seen as easy targets. From a young age, girls are told that if they raise their voice, they are too emotional or sensitive. They're ingrained in our culture. When girls are teased or mocked by boys, adults say, "Understand, it's because he likes you." No. It's bullying.
I'm so sick of this. It's time to speak up. Stop killing us. You’re not someone to be messed with. Don’t blame yourself over small things. Life’s too short not to be loved. The world needs to hear woman's voice. Be a gun.

Career women, working moms—people say women’s participation in the workforce is the reason for low birth rates. How absurd! Women have been hunting and gathering since the Paleolithic era. Look at historical dramas set in Joseon; female merchants were everywhere. It means women have been working moms and career women since prehistoric times.

Since 1996, South Korea has held the top spot in gender wage disparity among OECD countries, with a staggering 29% gap. Women do the same work but earn 29% less. If we don’t speak up, this injustice will persist.
The most important thing is men’s attitude. To those who rage against feminism without even understanding its meaning, look it up first. Listen to the stories of women facing discrimination and inequality. Acknowledge the privileges you’ve benefited from. After that, a real discussion is possible. Feminism is not a battle of women versus men; it’s about building a better society.
